This only works if you use Microsoft Internet Explorer as your web browser!
If you are using Explorer, follow these instructions to copy the online data into a spreadsheet:

Step 1:Select: Use your mouse to highlight area you wish to transfer to Excel.
Step 2:Copy: Once you have the desired area selected, copy the area by going to the Edit Menu and selecting "Copy", or right click your mouse in the selected area and choose copy, or press CTRL+C.
Step 3:Paste: Next, open a new worksheet in Excel. Paste the selection into the new spreadsheet by either selecting "Paste" from the Edit Menu, right clicking in the first cell and selecting paste, clicking the paste icon, or pressing CTRL+V.

What if I experience error messages or technical difficulties?

If you receive an error message, the most likely cause is a transient transmission problem. Sometimes certain rogue elements (bugs) of a computer's operating system conflict with the programming found at Web sites. This may affect your computer's ability to view our Web pages. If you experience difficulties, here are the steps you should take:

  1. The best first solution is to click on the "Refresh" or "Reload" button on your browser to start over. If this doesn't work, you may need to . . .

  2. Delete your cache (your computer's temporary storage location for web files). If you do not know how to do this, click on "Help" from your browser's menu items, and then search in the index for the word "cache." Follow the instructions for clearing or deleting your cache.

  3. Shut down and restart your computer. Rebooting your system will often clear out any system conflicts.

  4. If you are still encountering difficulties, please click the "Contact Us" link found at the top or bottom of the page on which you are experiencing problems. Once you have described your question or problem and submitted the form, we will respond promptly to your request for technical support.
